No, it's not the same. Defragmentation optimizes disk sectors on hard drives, while Ccleaner removes temporary files and system clutter. They serve different purposes.

I also suggest Defraggler 1. It isn't 2; it doesn't defrag SSDs. It's developed by Piriform, similar to Ccleaner. He probably includes mechanical drives as well.
