10 Gbps down, 2 Gbps up, but full-duplex development is pending. The problem lies in the cable's use of 5 MHz to 42 MHz for upstream, which is extremely restricted, causing poor uploads. Until they increase bandwidth for upstream, we'll keep facing slower upload speeds.
