Check if your GPU is being reported at 1600mgz in AMD software. Look for driver updates or system settings that might affect memory reporting.

1600 MHz multiplied by two equals 3200 MT/s. DDR RAM is frequently advertised as having double the frequency, but technically it should be described as 3200 MT/s instead of 3200 MHz. tl;dr: Everything works smoothly. Adjusting for CPU-Z, it also shows physical clocks rather than just effective speed.

It's a dual data rate device, meaning the effective speed is doubled. Your RAM operates at 1600 MHz, but with dual data rate it effectively reaches 3200 MHz (3200 MT/s). Some sources mistakenly list it as 3200 MHz, which is inaccurate.
