While exploring Chrome, dragging usually highlights only the items you move. But sometimes a tab stops responding—you see a blue area instead of selection, and clicking links doesn’t work anymore. This seems to connect with a Windows setting I don’t know about. Is there a way to disable it? Could pressing certain keys be causing this issue?
