Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Is this the PSU you're using?
TR2 S 500W (Regional Only)
TR2 S Series TRS-0500P-2 – 500W 80 PLUS® Standard Certified APFC PSU

?
For your motherboard, it would be best to ensure you have the most recent BIOS installed, updating if necessary.
You might want to test by replacing the RAM with another set and checking if the problem persists.

I think so too. I plan to update to the newest BIOS since it benefits me best, but I also intend to upgrade other components in the future. I want to check if my PSU is sufficient or not. Many users on this forum say wattage isn't important, only quality matters. Regarding the BIOS, some recommend downgrading to version 3.20 after the latest drivers, while others believe newer versions work just fine.

After some time, I upgraded to the newest BIOS version and everything seemed normal until my PC began running games extremely slowly. I encountered numerous kernel errors about clocks. I decided to switch from auto to a fixed frequency of 1500mhz and a voltage of 1.1 in GFX settings. So far, everything has been functioning properly. If anyone else notices this, please update your drivers on Linux, refresh the BIOS, and set the GFX frequency manually instead of leaving it automatic. I still feel uncertain, as problems can always arise later. In the future, I would advise against using APUs and recommend getting a dedicated GPU like a Ryzen 6600 or a NVIDIA card because after this point I no longer trust AMD.
