Hi, here’s a summary of what happened. I wanted to upgrade my old PC and now it has new specs. It comes with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, a GIGABYTE GA-B550 motherboard, 8GB RAM at 2400 MHz, and a 5-year-old Intel G4560 chipset. I also got a new machine from a store. The new setup includes an AMD RYZEN 5 5600X with a GIGABYTE GA-B550 AORUS PRO AC motherboard.
I followed the instructions to install Windows 10, updated drivers, and installed games like Warzone 2.0 and Lost Ark. After restarting, I noticed some issues. When launching Warzone 2.0 or Lost Ark, my PC would freeze and display a blue screen with an error message.
After checking, the problem seemed to appear only when running certain games. I tried basic fixes like reseating RAM, changing slots, and using a single stick, but nothing resolved it. The technician at the store said they couldn’t test software issues and suggested possible game or Steam corruption.
I ran stress tests on both CPU and GPU, which showed high temperatures without causing crashes. The CPU stayed under 100% load, and the GPU reached around 80-90%. I asked if we could try opening a game to see if it would crash again. It did for about an hour before stabilizing.
I then tried using my mobile data to load Warzone 2.0, but it still crashed with the same error. Eventually, I decided not to touch the RAM slots and focused on the game itself. After a few attempts, I realized that my old PC logs might help diagnose the problem.

Looks rather like overheat issue, did you check temps while gaming ?

It seems the issue persists regardless of the game type—Dota 2 or otherwise. Even though it’s a simple game without graphics, crashes and blue screens continue to occur. All three installed versions are failing to install or reinstall properly, leaving the same error each time.
