Hello. I own a decent laptop featuring an AMD APU E300, 8 GB RAM, Windows 8 x64, running at around 1.3 GHz with an HD 6310 GPU and DirectX 11. It’s new. I have a lot of AutoCAD PDF drawings that I want to convert into 3D models in AutoCAD. I also own a third-party version called Draftsight AutoCAD. Do you know the typical performance limits for this APU when using AutoCAD 3D? As someone in the automotive field, I’ve noticed engine models rendering well on older Pentium 4 systems—so I’m confident I can handle this with my setup and RAM. Thanks for your assistance!
