Third-party fan doesn't rotate properly with Gigabyte Eagle OC RTX 3070 (LHR)
Hello! I recently installed a new Gigabyte Eagle OC RTX 3070 (LHR) and haven’t been able to get the third fan to start. I’m trying to figure out if there’s an issue or a fix I can try. The GPU handles full load up to 82°C, but only the inner two fans are spinning. I’ve experimented with custom fan curves, manual speed settings via MSI Afterburner, Aorus Engine, X1, and fan control. The only one that shows a controller for the third fan doesn’t work either. I’ve also uninstalled all fan software, used DDU to reinstall drivers (with and without GeForce Experience), updated the Aorus Engine firmware, reset CMOS/BIOS, re-seated the GPU, and checked cables for any loose connections. Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated!
