Here is a link to news about optimizing a clock tuner app for AMD Ryzen CPUs. What do you think? Is this deal worth making?

There are many settings in the BIOS that users can't change, and a lot is left for internal algorithms mostly based on core temperatures which don't have sensors visible to them. Also, Windows and other operating systems aren't able to use their individual cores efficiently because not all of them are exactly the same or identical. If this software could fix some of those problems by adjusting settings beyond what BIOS and OS allow, it would be a big success. I think of 1usmus's history that it will help out a bit. I'll see tomorrow when it comes out to everyone.

Hey, I just got into the game and managed to hit a super high-speed run with my whole CPU. That's 4300 mhz running cool on low voltage (1.25v) while it's only hot down at 53 degrees Celsius.

I found out my 3700X has CCX0 which is 25MHz slower than CCX1, according to a program. After turning off PBO and all other turbo settings in BIOS, I set the program for max 4.2GHz across all cores at 1.275v, hitting 54c at CB R20 but keeping the CB score only about 1-2% lower than when PBO was on. With a manual OC of 4.3GHz that was my best performance so far with great stability, but at the cost of 1.35v and 72c max temps. My average CB r20 score across five runs (with PBO only) was 4978 points, while at manual OC it was 5220 points. Since my CPU came from the first run, I expected higher voltages than later ones. I also wish the author paid more attention to the GUI because the program window isn't scalable and at 1080p with windows scaling set to over 125%, it cuts off parts of the screen.
