I seldom purchase games impulsively, so I compare options. Previously I believed I was securing an exceptional discount, thinking the price would never drop... until the upcoming sale a couple of months away, when the original cost decreased.
Do you believe there will be a superior offer in the next year?
As I prepare to share this: 9.99 Canadian Dollars equals 8.1256734 US Dollars = 6.8080833 Euros.
Update 1
If you need a recommendation outside Steam, make sure they offer a reliable refund policy. With Steam, if you played less than a few hours (around 4) within a short timeframe (about 14 days) and ask, you’ll receive a full refund without hesitation.

My crystal ball indicates that purchasing now might lead to a better offer, while delaying could mean missing out on cheaper options.
😉
In reality, this is quite common today. You often find better prices if you wait a bit longer or even get it for free from Epic. I usually follow this approach: when I see something I want to play, I set the price I’d pay and buy it once the price drops to my mark.
