The Ryzen 4000 will perform better. It's based on the new ZEN 3 architecture, while Intel continues to use their older 5th generation process.

We'll find out later, but the new 10th generation is essentially an update from the 8th generation, now featuring 10 cores. It would be wise to decide on it during the summer.
