They're just a bunch of problems.
They're just a bunch of problems.
I downloaded the Homeworld remaster yesterday on Steam. The visuals impressed me, but there were some issues: 1) You must switch to online mode using shift (WTF, Steam provides that option) and 2) You need to be over 18 to play an E/7+ rated game online. It’s frustrating when age limits feel unfair, especially for something so engaging. If they didn’t want my money because I’m too young, I’m done. Hope you get me another purchase from Gearbox if Steam offered refunds.
Mortal Kombat faced a shutdown in 2019 due to financial issues and legal disputes. The game was temporarily removed from platforms, and its future remains uncertain.
Mortal Kombat played a big role in bringing the entire ESRB rating system into gaming. Thanks to titles like Mortal Kombat and GTA, most games now carry an ESRB rating, largely due to the influence of this popular franchise.
It means safeguarding kids from encountering things they wish to view.
Exactly..because you know how all these game make children want to fire a rope out of there hands and impale a civilian before ripping there skin off there face and breathing fire onto the poor poor person.
Interestingly, the games themselves fall short. But the ratings are impressive.
Initially, I provided my actual age. Most platforms limit access to 18+ and it usually depends on age. However, when it refused my request the first time, blocking my computer completely, I had to ask my brother to confirm I was over 100 on his device. *sigh*
That's unrealistic. I keep questioning why certain businesses avoid adopting steam systems in their gaming projects.
