I purchased it from an online shop, which is how people say it in English. They obtained it from ABC Data, and they are considered the top distributor for Central and Eastern Europe. I’m now reaching out to English support since the previous contact was in Russian.
The translation is unauthorized. I assume the nearest place offering reliable support is Russia, which is why it was sent there. I didn’t ask the store representative about this. They mentioned that under certain Russian regulations, such products are deemed fake, so they’re keeping them and I’ll have to pay for their destruction. Immediately after receiving this message, they asked us to provide at least some proof with images. After two weeks, we still haven’t received any answers. I’m trying to reach out to an English support representative to get their perspective.
