Hello everyone, I understand user benchmark isn't always useful. I still wanted to try it to compare with my recent build, which I just updated a few days ago. Everything looks okay except for my CPU, which is running at the lowest 5%. Anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this? Or should I just accept that I bought all my components used? Here are the links: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/60944271 and https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/60945630 (second attempt with reduced background CPU). Based on my Cinebench score of 11484, it's still significantly lower than the 15,003 expected by cpu-monkey.com. P.S. I'm planning to upgrade to a new SSD, so don't bother me about using an old HDD. Thanks, Edited April 21, 2023 by Trizzl

The next action involves executing Cinebench and a few 3D mark CPU tests to evaluate performance.

Notify you that CPU utilization is elevated; consider terminating unused processes or services.

I retried with reduced background processing, but it didn't improve the result. My Cinebench score remains at 11484, which is still significantly below the expected 15,003 from cpu-monkey.com. (Updated post)

The cooling system might struggle under intense load if it can efficiently move heat away. It could also stem from factors like RAM velocity, hard drive rotation, or other parts that don’t match the target performance level you’re aiming for.

Cooling appears normal, staying below 55°C during tests. It’s unclear which part might be causing the delay. Did you skip the motherboard, and could that be the issue?

I refreshed the bios and chipset, performance improved significantly (14064 in cinebench). Thanks for your feedback!
