As you mentioned, your perspective is valid and deserved. Improvement is necessary to truly earn customers' trust. However, expecting drastic changes just for a quick win isn't realistic. This kind of attitude makes it hard to take feedback seriously. It seems we’re often seen as self-absorbed complainers who don’t respect the community. The real way to make an impact is by choosing not to support a company’s products. Even piracy doesn’t help—it reinforces their image and shows you’re more interested in stealing than standing up for your stance. It looks like you’ve already taken that step, which is positive, but hoping for negative consequences against video games is immature.

Irritated children who weren't given fair treatment? Sorry, master, how could I buy something advertised, pay with my hard-earned money, and end up with a faulty product? You're spot on—I'm just a grumpy child who doesn't deserve judgment about a product or company. He’s trying to stir trouble, and I don’t care what you think. In reality, you’re acting like a high-horse trying to start a dispute. I don’t mind your opinion, actually—I only write because I see a notification on my screen. I dislike Ubisoft for how they treat PC gamers. Coming from a console gaming background for 20 years, seeing the situation on PC is really upsetting. And this isn’t just about one game—it’s not "over a video game." I make my money work for things like bills, treating my family, and then buying a few games. If I end up with a broken product and someone else’s mistake, I’ll vent my frustration as long as it stays legal. And let’s not forget why I started this thread: to warn others that their games might be returned. Who dares call themselves a decent player? ...Sir... it was you. Have a better day.
