tCWL refers to writing data to the memory chip, while tCL means reading from it. tCWL is significant but not as crucial as tCL. It seems unlikely that your BIOS lacks tCWL support—what board are you using? The key timing parameters you need to focus on include tRRD, tFAW, tREFI, tRFC, and the primaries. Besides these, many other timing details also play a vital role. Based on the kit version, it's a Micron 16Gb Rev B board, which should perform well with speeds around 3800-4000MT/s in gear 1. If you're using Gear 2 (not advised unless memory bandwidth is a priority), you can expect over 4800MT/s, though it may be challenging. The primary timings are solid and the voltage tolerance is good, so starting at 1.5V VCCSA works well for achieving 4000MT/s in gear 1. For voltages around 1.35V VCCSA, you can reach higher speeds, but results will vary per model.
