I updated my PC but the printer still won’t work. When I try to fix it, the system says there’s no driver available for the Canon MF4400 series. I visited the manufacturer’s site to install drivers, but they keep telling me I’m missing something. I need this printer for work—any suggestions?

Verify the driver you're using. Locate the accompanying CD and install the driver from there.

Canon hasn't provided drivers for these, so unless you locate third-party versions it may not function on Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit.
