Sometimes the fans rumble intensely, and when you touch the CPU fans, they vibrate excessively. The issue isn’t the cables—when it stops briefly, it suggests a possible fix is possible. You can remove the fans without taking off the cooler. The noise usually happens only at certain speeds, not constantly. It’s probably due to worn bearings.
Inspect the mounting clips; they might be unsecured on the fins. If not, simply swap out the fans—TR fans cost around $4 each. You could achieve improved performance with Arctic fans for a modest extra cost, or opt for much quieter BQ or Noctua models instead.
