I've been attempting to boost Overwatch's performance on my system. With 8GB RAM and only about 1.3GB used, it seems similar with VRAM. My graphics card has 3GB but uses around 900MB. There might be ways to increase its power usage or optimize settings.

The best way to boost VRAM usage is by enhancing graphics, but if you're already at full settings, that's when performance is optimal.

Overwatch is available for players with limited VRAM, such as a 770 with just 2GB. I don’t usually play Overwatch: Tough.

It relies on what it requires. Challenges appear only if you observe sluggishness.

I received an 8GB GTX 1080 card, but Overwatch consumes between 900 to 1050 GB of it.

I’m getting my GTX 1070 and hoping it can handle more. I wish I had more time to play. Back then, Call of Duty 4 used around 1GB VRAM and 4GB RAM.

Overwatch uses relatively few high-resolution textures per map, keeping the total usage around about 1GB even at maximum settings.
