I asked for a boot kit from AMD and provided the needed details. I got a no-reply message afterward. No one has responded yet. If you know about bootkits, do you think they’re available now or elsewhere?

You inquired about when the request was made. AMD mentions on their site that after approval, you'll get a confirmation email with details and boot kit instructions.
