EA holds the rights to these titles. They’ve extended it. We’re certain Battlefront is on the horizon. A fresh "open world Star Wars" is in the works, though details remain vague beyond that. KOTOR doesn’t seem likely; they’re working on a Revan expansion alongside S.T.A.R. Online. I’d love to see KOTOR reimagined with Frostbite. The party mechanics and combat are already solid (from Dragons Age Inquisition). The narrative is spot-on, the voice acting was great—except perhaps Malek’s death and the repetitive twilek lines. Adding Jolee Bindo, Bastilla, and Mission sound assets straight from the original would be a nice touch. EA’s connections to AMD could bring Bastilla some updated Tress FX 2.0 effects. I’m genuinely impressed. When I played Tomb Raider, I always imagined Bastilla could look this good—totally believable! The trailer still brings a smile to my face.
What's going on? Lots of folks play a ton of CS, WC3, SC...ALL THE TIME. You're probably not in the right spot...though it's not your fault there are console players here.
