Hey there, I heard your issue. Today you installed a new monitor, but your mouse stopped working. You checked other USB ports and restarted your PC multiple times without success. Even when you switched to a different mouse, it didn’t work either. It seems like the computer recognizes the device, but it doesn’t appear in Device Manager. Someone can help you figure this out.
