Most players favor the first-person perspective, especially in titles like Witcher 3. There are games that could shine with a third-person view, but the first-person style tends to be more immersive for many.

Recent top titles include third-person perspectives, MGS:V, Witcher 3, Batman Arkham Knight, and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Few solid first-person experiences have emerged, but I’m currently finding enjoyment in Dying Light.

It varies depending on the game; it comes down to personal taste. Sometimes it just seems natural, other times it doesn’t.

It varies by game. Shooter titles usually appeal to me in first person, while others such as GTA, Saints Row, or many RPGs are better suited to third person.

He prefers the third person perspective since it lets him observe his character closely. First-person works well during gameplay as himself, but in story-driven titles it feels inconsistent to see through someone else's eyes.

My terrible vision made it an unplayable experience. At least in first person it felt good enough.

I support the overall approach to the game, similar to how GTA V functions in third person—partly due to its first-person limitations, though many players find it lacking.

It varies; I enjoy third-person shooters such as Battlefront, though I rarely play titles like Skyrim in that perspective because the mechanics feel more natural in first person.
