This seems unusual. I haven't encountered anything like this before. It might just be a thought that's been lingering.

They maintain fluctuating frequencies during idle, so it's generally accurate. For complete certainty, update the BIOS.

It's normal... whenever the app updates the screen, CPU usage rises due to the app and graphics driver. Likely other background processes are also active.

Hey team. When I leave the PC, the temperatures climb to around 60 degrees during idle mode, and when I return and use the mouse, they drop back down to about 35.

It’s likely the BIOS is set to reduce CPU fan speed to maintain quiet operation. When the CPU isn’t busy (idle), it adjusts dynamically to keep temperatures near 55-60°C. The processor can run safely up to about 80°C without damage. From the CPU’s perspective, performance remains consistent whether it’s at 30°C or 60°C. When you restart, some cores activate and the fan speed increases slightly... Because the CPU doesn’t generate much extra heat quickly, the additional airflow helps cool things down efficiently.

I identified the issue. The tool consumed around 80% of the CPU when idle for five minutes. Removing the scheduled task resolved the problem.
