I had dual operating systems installed—Ubuntu and Windows. My storage devices functioned properly, but when trying to reach the HDD via Windows it didn’t work, and using Ubuntu showed an empty disc space. I opted to wipe everything and swapped in Pop OS, replacing both OSes. The issue persisted, so I’m still unsure how to retrieve the files. Disk details are listed, but the layout isn’t clear.
