No, RE3 is the highest level and Fortnite is set to High difficulty.

The game maintains native resolution when you stop moving the mouse, using full resolution without scaling.

It doesn't change if I don't move my mouse. https://streamable.com/ewo5gf Yes it's running at 100% resolution with native 1080p. Originally it was set to 2160p supersampling, not sure why. I changed it immediately. There is a settting called FidelityFX / Upscaling, however it makes absolutely no difference wheather it's on or off.

The game and video drivers are current. It might be a fix they released recently.
