Your touch pad gestures aren't functioning properly, likely because of driver problems. In Device Manager, the HID device shows an error: "This device cannot start" (code 10). You've already tried removing and reinstalling drivers, clearing all HID drivers, and restoring gestures after restarts or sleep cycles. The laptop is an Inspiron 7405 2in1 running the latest BIOS. The hardware ID is ACPI\VEN_DELL&DEV_09E3, and you're using Windows 11. After a recent SSD swap and fresh OS install, the trackpad works fine otherwise. Could there be another issue? Thanks for your help!
