I'm experiencing temperatures up to 75 degrees with my 4690k @4.2ghz, which feels unusually high compared to others using the same CPU and cooler but at 4.8ghz. It's only 2 degrees lower than my old Arctic freezer 13 air cooler at those clock speeds. Is this issue due to my CPU or something else like mounting or thermal paste?
It seems your V core is running too high when set to auto, but lowering it to 1.23v causes instability and buzzing.
You seem to have some bad luck with chips. The cooler installation might be incorrect, or there could be an issue with the case's airflow. Please share your complete specifications and airflow configuration.

The edited version you provided is slightly rephrased while keeping the original meaning and tone intact.
the adjustments above are fine from what I see; perhaps verify the cooler setup. I heard some advice suggesting adding washers to enhance a h100's connection to the CPU could be worth trying.
