According to what I understand, I didn’t do anything, I just removed Rainbow Six and Titanfall from my system and then reinstalled Titanfall on my boot drive.

Performed a complete Windows system check and eliminated the malware, though I’m unsure about restoring your icons.

Open the desktop icon and select its properties. In the shortcut section, choose "change icon." The standard image for each program is likely the first option in the list.
