Try adjusting the game or any game to its minimum possible configuration. Observe how your CPU affects performance—does it limit you to 30 frames per second or 60 FPS? Even if your GPU is powerful, it might still restrict you to around 30 FPS. Your CPU could cap your maximum frame rate or refresh rate. A more capable GPU might let you achieve higher resolutions or quality, such as 720p at 100 FPS on an R3 2200G, while a better GPU like a 1080 Ti could push you to 4K instead of 720p.

It maintained around 70-80% CPU and 90%+ GPU utilization. Stuttering might stem from RAM and CPU limitations (uncommon), but the GPU could boost quality and FPS if the CPU isn<|pad|>.

It seems your CPU could be limiting performance, especially at 720p where the GTS 450 averages around 60fps. If you upgrade to a faster G4560, check recent benchmarks for the GTS 450. Are you experiencing under 60fps even at those settings?
