Hi, your A320M/ac motherboard from ASRock is compatible with the listed M3.0*3mm screw. The pre-attached pillar mount should work fine.

Visiting a nearby hardware shop can sometimes help with problems. If they offer a wide range, you should be able to locate a screw that fits.
