These laptops offer adequate thermal management.
Laptops generally struggle with heat management compared to desktops, and they often use less powerful parts. Even high-performance gaming laptops share similar cooling systems as regular laptops, though they're designed to handle more intense components. Regardless of the style, cooling performance and fan noise tend to be drawbacks. This is especially true for slim models like the Razer Blade. I'm unfamiliar with laptops being marketed as direct replacements for desktops, so I'm not sure what you mean by that.
I would say it's adequate. The issue with "good" is that if you only care about temperature then yes, it's good. But rest in peace to your ears. Also as explained in that video, they are using a graphene sheet instead of thermal paste which means worse temperature but you don't need to do maintenance for far longer by having to replace it. So there are trade-offs.
