The issue might be related to a faulty PCI-E port, though I noticed no overheating and it didn't reach maximum temperature. Earlier, a damaged slot caused similar problems, but this time it seems different. The system details are as follows: ASUS ROG GTX 1080, AMD Ryzen 2600x, 16GB RAM (exact speed unclear).

Regarding past problems, about two years ago I faced similar issues in Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring with multicolored screen flashes, as well as red flashes in Cyberpunk 2077. I believed the fault was a defective PCI-E slot since switching the card to a lower one resolved the concerns.
Do you have an alternative output connector on your video card? You haven't specified whether this involves HDMI or DisplayPort, and I'm unsure if you have multiple HDMI or DisplayPort ports; swapping (A) port and possibly (B) cable could provide a hint because the behavior might change with the swap. Regarding the monitor, could you also attempt to reduce the refresh rate? Higher refresh rates often stress components, and if the problem resolves at a lower rate, it may point to the monitor.
It isn't a solid demonstration of GPU failure, but it leans toward that conclusion. An example that resembles the GPU yet isn't actually one is a power supply beginning to malfunction. Nevertheless, a PSU from 2018 likely shouldn't be deteriorating at this stage (though electrolytic capacitors could still pose a risk).
Do both monitors reflect the light flashes together, or do each monitor seem to have its own distinct arrangement of those flashes?
