I assembled this PC a few months back, it was functioning properly this morning except for some strange random noise. I powered it down and turned it off. After opening it, I replaced the RAM and GPU and verified all the connections. Then I restarted it and now the CPU and RAM error lights (EZ debug) are active on the motherboard with no booting or display. All fan lights, RAM lights, GPU, and CPU cooler lights are illuminated. Any advice?

Thermaltake tough power gold+ 750 is one of their PSU models in the Toughpower lineup. Is the unit still relatively new? The Msi b650m wifi mobo page provides details about the motherboard you're using. If it differs, please mention the exact board model. Also, if your board includes a FlashBIOS button on the back, consider updating the BIOS to the latest version.

Yes that is the motherboard i have and it doesnt have a flash bios button.
Psu is a toughpower gt snow 750w 80+ gold pcie gen 5.1 atx 3 fully modular.
I just tried clearing the cmos. Still have both bugged lights on and nil change.
