The site looks really bad and the bottleneck part is just a cliché. Yes, the i5 7400 isn't top-notch anymore, but it doesn't justify a change given your current situation. If you're not facing any issues with the PC, don't waste time worrying about this. That processor is still fine.

Alright, everything should be okay. If your CPU seems slow, raise the graphics settings to shift the workload toward the GPU. If it's too reliant on the GPU, reduce your game settings slightly.

Engine malfunctions for anything missing HT. Keep waiting until the fix is applied; right now it's severely problematic. Note: Increasing GPU settings can temporarily ease the problem.

Thanks for the support, it really made a difference. I'm considering a Corsair H45—does it work well without one? Also, is a water cooler necessary for this setup?

120mm water coolers offer no advantage over air coolers unless your build doesn’t accommodate compact models like Hyper 212, Hyper T4, Gammax 400 or Freezer 33. Consider Neptwin or Arctic Freezer Xtreme for a powerful, quiet solution. Ideally, invest the funds elsewhere—swap your i5 for an R5 2600 with a solid B450 motherboard and VRM heatsinks.
