Hi there, welcome to the forum! I see you're experiencing some trouble with your games. When you launch them in full screen, the computer screen turns black for a moment before the game loads. Even when you minimize and reopen, it still happens. This issue started after installing Metro Last Light Redux, but it’s not limited to that game—it affects all full screen titles. I’ve reinstalled my drivers, DirectX 11, vcredist, etc., but the problem persists. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted but there isn't an in-game choice available, and after adjusting the INI file to full screen off, the bottom area becomes blurry.

Perhaps you can adjust it in your GPU driver.

You access the NVIDIA driver and adjust the configuration.
