It seems you're seeking fresh gaming experiences. Here are some options that fit your preferences: single-player, first-person, expansive open worlds with full 360° movement and non-linear paths. The Witcher series is a good start—consider trying it soon. If you're open to other genres, look into titles like Divinity II Ego Draconis or Two Worlds I & II for similar depth without the same scale. Let me know if you'd like more ideas!

I began exploring Kingdom Come Deliverance some time ago and found it intriguing. But I stopped right after the tutorial because every fight left me struggling severely—I’ll have to revisit it later. Right now, it seems to resemble more of a... life simulator?

Daggerfall Unity is a community-created version of TES II. It satisfies the large open-world criteria, covering an area similar to the UK—about 200,000 km².

I've been enjoying Enderal lately—it's quite solid! Although it's a Skyrim expansion with familiar visuals, the size and complexity can be overwhelming. Regarding Daggerfall, I didn't find its controls too difficult, possibly because of its older design. Unity appears to offer a modernized experience compared to older remakes.
