I strongly disliked Hitman Absolution, and my frustration grew with each level until I finally appreciated its open-world feel and multiple choices. However, it often felt like a trial-and-error approach until you discovered the best path. Especially on most levels, you'd be caught and things would quickly spiral out of control—this method is not worth trying. Even long-time Hitman fans didn’t seem to enjoy it (I’m not one of them; this was my first in the series).
I’d mention that Hitman games are among the top ones. The stealth systems are quite solid, giving you plenty of options for eliminating enemies. If your stealth doesn’t work out, you might manage to hide it so others don’t discover your presence. In my opinion, it’s a smooth and realistic experience overall.
