I was checking and preparing obs for an upcoming stream with a friend. On monitor three, Hulu UWA started showing big slowdowns and stutters. In Task Manager, the desktop window manager is using high CPU usage, and Media Foundation protected pipeline is keeping the CPU at over 60%. What are these programs doing? I assume the latter might be handling DRM.

The media foundation blocked the pipeline exe upon closing Hulu, suggesting DRM involvement. The desktop window manager remains active, and CPU usage rises when using UWA and OBS (just play, no recording).
