Additionally, I computed the maximum power usage for your setup using Bequiet Calculator. It comes out to 215 watts, which means it should function properly.
Cable and monitor match; HDMI connection remains identical. Edited April 14, 2025 by Echromum
I don’t currently have access to a different GPU for testing.
Regarding the black screen issue, it doesn’t display the post screen, menu, or login screen. The monitor eventually picks up the signal, but it remains completely black. For testing, I also connected it to a TV using an HDMI cable (I was using an HDMI-DVI cable for my monitor, which only supports VGA and DVI), and got the same result.
It seems the black screen is likely due to a Dell motherboard or BIOS issue. The interesting part is the YT video showing an MSI 1050ti LP in an X4 PCIe slot, which he used successfully. He also shared an update about it. Maybe your setup differs in some way—like power supply, cooling, or compatibility.
