the link provided shows the power graph with voltage data. i keep my gpu power at 75%, which should use about 180w (max 240w). my concern is whether the voltage drops to 11.6/11.7 when under load (check the link). is that acceptable, or do i need to replace the psu? additionally, at less than 100% load (180w), my gpu temperature is around 74°c and it gets hot to about 88°c. is this normal given the room temperature of 30°c and humidity at 87%?

It is normal for the gpu went 88c if you have a bad airflow in your pc + the gpu heatfins/finstack having alot of dust gunks + the fans itself dusted out.
for psu i would suggest to upgrade it something like 600-650w watt ish cause your usage almost fully saturate the psu rated capacity, while it might work fine, better get something good than sorry.
