At first power-on everything works well, GPU temperatures stay high in the 20s and fans aren't running. When you start a game, temps rise and fans speed up. After the game ends, temps normalize but fans continue at around 60% with loud operation. This is the graphics card I own [link]. I attempted to install firestorm and Zotac drivers, but they indicate fans aren't spinning as shown.

Consider using MSI Afterburner as a trial. Firestorm is likely just a rebranded version of it. If the issue persists, the graphics driver might be defective. Update it or revert to a previous version if you have the latest install. Good luck!
