Could you reduce the voltage? A 1.5V reading feels like a burnt CPU. Perhaps a slight adjustment to the voltage could help stabilize the overclock?

Because I don't have an FX 8320, I recommend testing various voltages and seeing how they perform. It could take some time, but it's preferable to avoid the frequent blue screen issues.
