Discovered a RAM kit priced around $100 in open-box near me. SKU is F4-4000C18D-16GVK with clock speeds of 4000MHz (18-22-22-42). It's a 2x8GB configuration. While not matching typical B-Die specs, it might still be worth considering at this price, especially if you're looking to upgrade your Ryzen 9 5900X or B550 board for better performance.
Latency doesn't confirm it's a B-Die. Gskill Ripjaws 4000 B-Dies come in models from C15 to C19. Using the B-Die finder didn't reveal the SKU that verifies it's a B-Die. From my perspective, I wouldn't purchase a 4000 MHz chip; I'd opt for a 3200 MHz CL14, which are mostly B-Dies and can easily overclock to 4000 MHz. They're pricey, but if $100 is accurate, it's a solid deal. I also found a Russian video confirming it's a B-Die.
Typhoon Burner is only partially correct. It's Samsung... I'm not sure if it's B-Die. If it is, the timing at this low frequency would be CL18-19-19 1.35v. My 4267mhz setup uses 19-19-19 1.4v.
