I've narrowed my options for an AIO on my new RyZen gaming rig to just two models:
- Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate 360mm (Non-RGB)
- Arctic Liquid Freezer 360mm
I don’t have direct comparisons available, but anyone’s thoughts or feedback would be appreciated. I’m looking for details like temperatures, noise levels, etc. Have you replaced fans with Noctua 120mm on either unit? Your experience would be valuable. Also, any review that compares both models would be great to see. Thanks.

they are almost identical except fans, with 90% of AiOs made in the same factory by Asetek.
The main distinction lies in the fans.
In my opinion, for the cost of an AiO and especially with the use of decent (though not inexpensive) Noctua fans, you can create a solid custom loop that performs much better. Or consider a more sensible option: upgrade to a gaming CPU like i5-8600K or i7-8700K.
In any case, a quality air cooler will achieve similar results at a lower price.

I was checking air cooling options, focusing on the NH-D15 Noctua, but since I plan to overclock the CPU, I thought an AIO might perform better. In a 240mm radius comparison, the Noctua always wins, but at 360mm the AIO edges out.
