Update your drivers first, then install DDU and run it. It shouldn't remove the drivers you're currently using.
Visit Nvidia's official page for DDU and the newest driver files. Disconnect from the internet to stop Windows from adding its own drivers after using DDU. Start in Safe Mode if desired, then run DDU. After that, install the latest driver and you should be fine.
