Hi! Title clearly explains the issue. Thermal throttling at 44°C on AMD FX 8320 with Hyper 212 Evo. Will drop to 1400 MHZ during short throttle periods. Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0. Thanks for the help!

The problem lies with the board, there should be no heatsinks on the VRM and the LE shouldn't carry a 125W CPU.
