Hey everyone, just wrapped up my first build. I'm using an Intel i9 13900k with an Artic Liquid Cooler II 360 AIO. Some of my P cores are throttling while others stay cool. I've attached the specs and a screenshot too. Are you wondering if this means I need to reapply thermal paste?

I don't notice any thermal throttling in that image, did you choose the incorrect one? Either way, thermal throttling and 13900K are essentially the same. To prevent the chip from throttling at stock speed in Cinebench, you'd need a custom loop and a contact frame. You might try undervolting, which often helps, and exploring a contact frame is also worth considering. However, since this chip runs hot, reapplying thermal paste won't make much difference.

During the capture, temperatures decreased by one degree and I noticed 4-core thermal throttling occurring.
