I recently installed a new PC and chose the Intel i9 10850K for editing and gaming. To keep things cool, I’m using an MSI Coreliquid 240mm AIO. My airflow setup includes a Noctua 120mm 1500PWM intake front, MSI Coreliquid 240mm at the top of the case for exhaust, and a fractal 120mm in the back. On Cinebench R23 I noticed temperatures rising quickly to around 86°C—this is typical for the specs? Also, will a DarkRock Pro 4 or NH-D15 help lower those temps? A note: if I push the chip to 5GHz and run Cinebench, it should immediately hit over 100°C. Someone could advise me on managing this heat. Full specs: Intel i9 10850K, 32GB RAM, 3600MHz LPDDR4X, Corsair Quad Channel, ASUS Prime Z490-A, MSI Gaming RTX 2070, MSI Coreliquid 240AIO, Meshify C cooler, Cooler Master 850W Gold.

That 240mm AIO isn't sufficient for your CPU when you're planning to overclock it that way. Running an overclocked CPU will push most coolers to their limits. I recommend going with a 360mm Arctic Freezer II. The NH D15 might run hotter than the 360 model, but if your fan curves are right, temperatures should be similar.

The 10850k needs a 280/360mm AIO. Just lower the voltage and skip the final 100MHz, or switch the cooler.

Upgrading could make you more efficient by swapping Arctic 360 AIO for Noctua as intake and vice versa.

I use a positive pressure setup, which means I install intakes on the front and top fans and exhaust through the back fan.

Sure, I can do that. Just install it at the bottom of the case.
