When I increase the clock speed of my AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core, the temperature remains under -2ºC. Is this normal? My frequency stays above 4000.

Enhance your CPU's cooling performance. This could involve adjusting the fan curve, improving case airflow, using better thermal paste, or swapping out your cooler.

It indicates that AMD believes your CPU is overheating. The thermal margin needs to be higher than zero. When idle, it should be between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius.
